Very nice, lovingly furnished and well-equipped apartment on the top floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. The furniture is all new and the entire apartment is in very good condition. A fireplace, sauna and bathtub complete the feel-good ambience. We stayed at Edelschwarz for 5 days as a family with 2 children and enjoyed every day. The location is great, there is a lot to offer in the area. The house is very quiet.

A very nice, newly renovated apartment, furnished to a high standard. It's super cozy, and the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The overall feel of the apartment, combined with the sauna, made the stay truly exceptional. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the local restaurants. They offer a great selection of high-quality dishes at rather average prices.

Very nice contact with the landlord; very nice, high-quality and modern facilities. Everything was there and absolutely new. Very quiet location and short distances to the large Alpsee or the surrounding cable cars. We can also absolutely recommend the nearby summer toboggan run.

This is the best rental I've ever stayed in! Although it's located in a rural area, the environment is wonderful and perfect for relaxing. The apartment is brand new and in excellent condition, with all the amenities you need. I highly recommend it! I'll definitely be back!

We are a married couple based in Munich. Thalkirchdorf is our own home away from home — a place that grounds us, inspires us, and gives us room to breathe.
We’ve always loved spending time outdoors — whether it’s hiking through alpine meadows, skiing in winter, or just enjoying a quiet morning with a view. That passion for the region inspired us to create this space, not just as a rental, but as a holiday apartment ourselves.
We’ve poured love into every detail — restoring original elements, carefully selecting materials, and creating a space that’s both high-quality and full of warmth. Many things were built or fixed with our own hands.
